    Boys took a month training with you twice a week and I feel much thinner, I lost 2 kilos and my clothes are looser.

    As Christmas approaches ls and I'll be in and out of madrid, I'll go once a week. Any advice you can give me to not miss a beat, and not spend in this holiday season???

    Hello Andrea,

    First, we thank you for the trust you place in us every time You go to your workouts. Further, apologize for being slow to answer. We are revamping the web and have not had access to any of the services we offer via through it.

    Remember that training with electrostimulation (EMS) we active until 300 muscles at once and 100% of its fibers, equivalent to four hours of any other conventional training. Knowing this, we encourage you to at least three workouts activity that you like (motivation is essential in sports): spinning, running, pilates, GAP, swimming… Further, We can advise a series of basic exercises that you make at home, as you do in your sessions EMS. Although you must remember that EMS training can not be replaced by any other type of training.

    Remember to keep watching your diet as you come up until now. Treat yourself at this time is more than justified. Try to eat a little of what you like and avoid bingeing.
